One-on-One Online Wellness Coaching with Karen Wright

Karen Wright

Most people don't need more information about being healthy. They know they should sleep more, eat better, and slow down. They know.

What they don't have is a way to make any of it hold when the week goes sideways — during finals, after a hard season, in the middle of something they haven't told anyone about.

That's what this online wellness coaching program is. Eight sessions, one-on-one, online, with someone who has spent more than twenty years in athletics and coaching watching people chase performance until it costs them something. Not a plan you'll abandon in three weeks. A handful of things you'll still be doing in a year.

Who Our Online Wellness Coaching Is For

Students carrying a full load, a job, an organization, and a social life, running on four hours of sleep and calling that normal.

Athletes whose bodies are managed carefully in season and not at all outside it.

Young professionals in the first years of a career, learning that the habits
that got them here won't carry them much further.

Anyone who has started over on this four times and is tired of starting over.

Sessions are online, so where you are doesn't matter.

What the program is

Eight sessions. The first is an hour, the rest are 30 minutes

$75 per session — $600 for the full program. Online.

Session one — the honest inventory
A full hour. What your weeks actually look like, not what you intend them to
look like. What you've tried. What fell apart and when. Karen listens more
than she talks in this one.

Sessions two through seven — building something that holds
Thirty minutes each. You'll work on a small number of specific things rather
than overhauling everything at once. What you change is chosen to survive a
bad week, because a bad week is the only real test.

Session eight — making it yours
What's working, what isn't, and what you do when Karen isn't on the other end
of the call. The goal is that you don't need a ninth session.

After the eight

Once you've completed the program you have a baseline, and you can book single
sessions as you need them — before a hard semester, after a setback, or just
to reset. Most of the work is behind you by then.

What actually changes

Not a transformation. Something smaller and more durable than that.

Energy that lasts through the part of the day you currently write off.

A routine that survives a hard week instead of collapsing in one.

Knowing what to do when it slips, because it will.

Space for the people and work that actually matter to you.

Karen calls it "Be the Difference" — going from getting by to actually living well.

Common Questions

Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Wellness coaching is about habits, energy, and daily routines — it isn't mental health treatment and isn't a substitute for it. If something comes up that calls for a licensed professional, Karen will say so and help you find the right support.

Do I have to be an athlete?
No. Karen's background is athletics, but the work is about sustainable habits under pressure,

and pressure isn't limited to sport.

Is it really only 30 minutes?
After the first session, yes. Short and consistent beats long and occasional — that's the whole design.

What if I miss a week?
You reschedule. Missing a week is not failing the program;

it's the exact thing the program is teaching you to recover from.

Do I have to commit to all eight sessions?

Yes, to start. Eight is what it takes to get a real baseline and build habits that actually hold.

Anything shorter and you're getting advice, not change. Once you've been through the program,

you can book single sessions whenever you want them.
