Following his military service, Chris now serves as a senior executive in a global ministry, continuing to lead at a high level while mentoring and developing others. His approach to leadership is practical, focused, and rooted in real-world experience.

Karen Wright brings over two decades of experience in Division I athletics, coaching, and wellness. With a strong background in performance and personal development, she has helped individuals build sustainable habits that lead to long-term success. Her work focuses on strengthening both the physical and mental aspects of performance, helping individuals operate at their highest level while maintaining balance and resilience.
